2. Service Description

VibeChecked provides venue information, photos, usual busy-time estimates, and community-submitted live reports for nightlife venues. Venue details and live reports may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and we do not guarantee that a venue will have a specific crowd level, cover, line, music, dress code, or availability.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, misleading, spammy, or abusive content. Do not impersonate another person, submit false reports, or use VibeChecked in a way that could harm other users, venues, or the public.

4. User Content and Moderation

By submitting live reports, comments, feedback, photos, or venue edit suggestions, you give VibeChecked permission to use, display, review, moderate, and remove that content for app functionality and safety. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion. Users can report problematic live updates in the app or contact us directly.

5. Safety

VibeChecked is a planning tool, not a safety guarantee. Make your own judgment, follow venue rules, respect staff and other guests, and use safe transportation.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the VibeChecked name, logo, and platform belongs exclusively to VibeChecked™.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may change over time. Continued use of the site or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
